I am excited to let all of you know that through God’s incredible provision and your generosity I made my first financial deadline! ($6,000 due by May 2). I am also super excited to tell you that I have hit the 50% mark in my fundraising! Half of the money I need in order to be able to go on the Race has been raised.
I really want to say THANK YOU. If you have donated any amount of money, large or small, thank you. If you’ve been praying for me, my team, and the people we’ll be ministering to, thank you. If it wasn’t for your support I wouldn’t be able to go on this trip. You are making a difference in my life and in the lives of those who I’ll meet on this trip.
The truth is, I need your continued support. I still have a long way to go financially in order to be able to leave in September.
I need to have $9,000 in my account by June 28th.
I need to have my total amount, S12,488, by August 23rd.
So that gives me just about 2 months to raise $3,000 more than I have right now. This honestly scares me. Sometimes it feels impossible.
I believe with all my heart that with God nothing is impossible. God has already provided this half of the money, I know He can provide the rest. After all, the God who called me on this trip, is the one who created the countries I’m going to.
