Never Have I Ever…

Rode on a bus with a goat.

Shared a meal with street children.

Hiked a mountain to visit monks and nuns.

Considered cake a dinner food, and spicy beans a breakfast
food.

Celebrated New Years on April 14.

Been sick with typhoid.

Eaten fried rice with my hands.

Sang “this is the day” in Nepalese.

Fit 25 people in a 10 passenger van.

Watched a doctor throw bloody bandages in the street,
instead of a trash can, while changing a patient’s dressing.

Spoke with an intentional lisp for an entire meal.

Been interrupted by a turtle on the move beneath the table
at a restaurant.

Had electricity run on a “power schedule”.

Watched a cow consume a cardboard box.

                                 Had a lesson on Buddhism.

Eaten flowers, whole.

Been woken up by the smell of fresh poo outside my bedroom
window at 3am.

Been handed a random woman’s baby to hold on a bus.

Ran through fire.

…Unil my month in Kathmandu,
Nepal. 🙂 I love it here!
