Hi Everyone!
I’m Leslie! Some people call me Les. If you’ve got a few seconds, I’d like to meet you! I’m a sociology/health studies graduate (2010) from Michigan State University. I love people and the one true God they are called to fear! I really, reeeeeally like to write. Fine-tipped sharpies are my weapon of choice. When I’m not living in Lansing (school/work) i’m back home in the country with my mom, dad, twin sister and little brother. (And by “little” I mean younger, taller, and able to pin me to the floor with his left thumb). I’m all about encouragement! I love loving on people!
If you’re reading this, i’m praying that you’re willing to experience this world race with me! I’m not sure what God’s up to in my life right now, but I’m honored to bow before Him as I lay my life plans at His holy feet. As I prepare for this race, I hear God whispering bits of encouragement as He gathers all the resources, and equips my heart and mind to be radically shaken!
Father,
I’m not sure if i’ll ever be “ready” for this, but I’ll cling to You as You lead me through it all. I trust You! And I’ll follow where You lead me…even if I can’t see what’s coming. You’ve lead me to this race. This race is about You. This is about YOUR glory. YOUR fame. YOUR reign as the one true God. I can’t wait to see all the love and joy and worship and belief and change that pours from this! Father I’m blessed to be a part of this for You. It’s all for you, God. All of it. I pray that you would have your glory! Amen!
