Almost home. Each time I think about how I am about to enter
month 10 of my 11 month journey I am overwhelmed with how far God has carried
me. Two and a half years ago I graduated college, with no plans to venture out
into the world. Six months after graduation I started working full time at a
desk and wishing I had the courage to leave everything and follow Jesus into
the world. I never imagined that one year later I would be in Thailand playing
in waterfalls, walking through villages, or dancing at Thai parties.

Thankful. Humbled. This year has been more wonderful than I
could have ever imagined, and I did not have to pay one penny out of my own
pocket. I have been outrageously supported by some of the most generous people
I have ever met. The network of support I have received from friends and family
at home is humbling. Without these people, I would not have the opportunity to
attempt to serve the nations. Without my supporters, I would not have learned
more about the woman God created me to be. Without my amazing friends and
family, I would not have been blessed by God’s saints across the globe.

I am so grateful for the people who have sent me on this
amazing trip. I am thankful for the people I have met along the way, and the
beautiful places I have been. Each person that has contributed financially or
spent time on their knees in prayer for me is much more than a supporter. Each
individual who has helped is a partner in sharing the love of Christ to the
broken.

Thank you Jesus for all the blessings you have showered on
me over the past nine months. Thank you for the wonderful family you have given
me to travel alongside. Thank you for the amazing partners I have supporting me
in America. Thank you for each prayer said on my behalf.
In a few months my days of globe-trotting will be over. I
will return home to the same places and faces I knew before. However, I will
not be the same person. I will be forever changed by the love and generosity I
have been shown this year. I will be changed by the wonderful community that
has surrounded me on this journey. God has used so many of His children to
shape my heart to look more like His.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me this year. My
support account is fully funded, and I have had the best year of my life.
Without you I would not have had this amazing opportunity, and for that I am
incredibly grateful and forever humbled.
