Leanne Leder, 28, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. In the last year God has been getting me ready to embark on an adventure of a life time, I changed sports, after 4 years of competitive rowing I started Jiu Jitsu, which has been its own challenging but rewarding journey. I also started working for my employer 10 years ago. Through sports and work I have had the opportunity to learned lots and had the honor of getting to know lots of amazing people. I’ve also had amazing opportunities to travel, to train and to compete. I love the ability to try new things, at least once, and to experience all the adventures life has to offer.
I have needed a change that would have lasting impact. My hope is that during the next couple months that I would grow in my relationship with God and develop lasting friendships with teammates. Please pray for courage to step into the unknown and out of my comfort zones, to allow God to work in my life and in the lives of those around me, and that I will serve with a servant heart.
