I’ve gotten a lot of requests from people to post pictures of the ministry my team has been doing over the past two months. I haven’t had many opportunities overall to take pictures during ministry just because I dont usually bring my phone, but recently I’ve made it a point to try and take some so you guys can see a little bit of what we’ve been able to do here in Cambodia. Thank you all so much for giving me the opportunity to share Jesus with people and learn more about Him through the people and experiences here!
Painting:
Dewey International School Elite – An English teaching school for elementary aged students.
We got to paint classrooms and pray over them when they were finished. (below is a picture of some of the students from Dewey 🙂

Pagodas:
Buddhist temples where monks live and get an education.
We walked through these, prayed over them, and had the opportunity to talk to one of the monks.

Teaching:
I, Alex, & Gracie (the girls on my team) taught english in the mornings to younger students through Ezra (a free English teaching program).

Outreach:
Below are some pictures of a man we met through the song “Stand By Me”. His name is Sorivong and he loves American oldies music. We heard the song blasting from his house, and decided to see if he spoke English. Not only did he speak English, but he also loved the lord. So we started doing bible studies together, and continued to listen to music together every time we met up 🙂

The next pictures are of the kids we would visit in the slums every day. They loved to sit on our shoulders and play duck duck goose !!

These next ones are from when the mom of the two girls (first picture above) we played with the most had a baby boy. She couldn’t speak much english, but her name is mom & her baby was 5 days old when we got to meet and hold him! It was really cool to be able to pray with and over their family, especially with the new baby.

I found it necessary to show this last picture because the puppy is so gosh darn cute (apparently the boy next to me was questioning what was happening)
