I wanted this blog to be humorous. Because at the end of this blog I’m going to show you a picture, and ask for your money. So I wanted to soften you up first, with a funny story or brilliant words or something. I tried to be creative, and today it’s just not working. Today my creativity went on vacation, so I’m just going to rely on the Holy Spirit to soften you up.
Let me get straight to the point… I’m selling tshirts! I want to get the word out about my trip, and to provide a reminder for people to pray for me while I’m gone. I want to give people a clear opportunity to directly help me, and right now this is as clear an opportunity as any.
I asked Fund the Nations, a design company that helps missionaries and non-profits with fundraising through tshirts, to design a shirt for me, and they did it big.
So without further ado…

I think this tshirt is the bomb. Exactly what I asked for. Super soft, pretty colors, with words from Micah 6:8, a verse that has deeply impacted me in the past few months. (And my blog address is the small words you see below the verse).
So here I am being blunt again… You should buy one. Or two. Or one for everyone in your family, and for all your roommates, and for your dog. (If you seriously buy your dog a tshirt, I will love you forever. And if you take a pic of your dog in said tshirt, I will send you a cool postcard from somewhere in Asia. Think about how cool that would be.)
Anyways. My goal is to sell 75 tshirts. The production price per shirt goes down as the number of shirts goes up. So if I sell 75, I will raise $1000 for my race!! (That’s me receiving $13.25 from every shirt that’s ordered!) And you’d be like walking advertising for what the Lord is doing. And that would just be the bees knees.
I’m currently taking pre-orders — you can buy a shirt for $20, and give me the money and your size. I’m praying that 75 people will commit to buying a shirt, and that I can then place the order and have shirts before the end of the school year!
Email me at [email protected], text me, Facebook message me, or hit me up in person to order your shirt! It would mean the world to me (get it? The world is on the shirt…)
