Numbers 23:19
God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?
I am down to the final hours before my pre-launch deadline of $6,500. I have $900 left to raise by midnight. Actually, considering time zones, sooner than that.
I have seen God bring in thousands of dollars in one day. I've personally experienced Him provide for me hundreds in just moments.
I've watched God bless my friends and teammates financially not only now, but in the past on other mission trips.
More so, I have witnessed God's faithfulness not just in finances, but in life. So much so.
He has heard my every prayer. Answered my every call. He has pulled me out of deep waters and brought me into new life. My God is powerful, and He listens to His children's call. He hears me. He knows me.
I believe to this day that God has called me to follow Him to the World Race. While I say that, waiting for His timing is a little like the high parts of riding a roller coaster.
Here it is: I don't like to ask for things! Especially money! I will walk up to ANYONE and talk to them about Jesus. Try me. But this, this is hard for me. I've been leaning on the LORD to move hearts toward supporting me financially. I know it is Him who will move each heart to give ultimately. But now I'm going to do my part. I am going to ask you;
will you SEND me? Will you sacrifice your time, your money, to see others' lives changed? Will you take a moment right now to consider clicking that "Support Me!" button to your left? Do you have $11 to spare? If you don't, will you offer up your prayers for me and my teammates?
Would you consider taking it upon yourself to post my blog on your Facebook status, or tell your family and friends, or your church what I'm doing on the World Race? I am the one going, but is just as much about each of you. God wants you involved. He wants your life changed. He is calling you too. Are you listening?
I ask God to bless each and every one of you who has taken the time to come alongside me and encourage me, support me, and pray for me. I wouldn't be here without you!
My God is a God of Last Minute's, but He is never late. I trust you LORD. <3
