This is really happening!!! Ahh! I am so excited! Since I was 15 years old I have been wanting to be apart of the World Race organization, but due to the age requirement I has going to have to wait until I was 21… UNTIL NOW!! They have finally made a trip I can do. I am probably going to say it like a million and four times but I am so excited about this trip!
I am so excited to see Christ work but I am even more excited to see Christ work in me and use me for His kingdom. I don’t have words to express the joy I feel in having this opportunity. If we just make ourselves available, God will use us.
I have until May 13th to raise $6,000 in my account and $12,500 all together. To say I don’t get stressed out about it would be a lie. But I am trusting and believing that Christ will provide. I mean, why would I be worried about the money, when it is His trip. Every once of energy and time spent on preparing and being on the trip is for His glory. He knows the amount I need to go on the trip and I know He will make it happen.
Throughout the journey I would love for you to join me in prayer. I will try to post different prayer requests and praises.
Prayer Requests:
That Christ will already be at work
For peace and strength to rely on Christ when I start doubting His provision
Christ will get the glory in all circumstances
Peace for my family as I leave
That Christ will break my heart for what breaks His.
That my team will be united and Christ will provide the strength and peace that we will be longing for in the difficult situations we will be placed in
I cannot wait to see what Christ accomplishes not just through me, but through you as well. This trip would not be possible without the Church coming together to accomplish the great commission.
