I know I should've posted this a month ago but this is the World Race and sometimes our internet situation isn't always the best! So here you go! Some photos to recap our time in the Dominican Republic!
Here are the ladies of my team cooking in the kitchen with headlamps! We didn't have electricity most of the time so we learned quickly how to adjust to cooking WR style.

We had our first birthday of a teammate this month! Bekah got to celebrate her birthday with the Dominicans and a pinata! This is her and her husband Josh. We are crazy blessed to have them on our team!

One day we got to go exploring a little bit. Our alleged 20 minute walk turned into an hour walk to a river where we got to shower for the first time after like 2 weeks!

Our family for the month. These people are who made our first month of the World Race so special and amazing. It was sad to leave them but God is doing amazing things through them and I find peace in the fact that they are spreading God's glory all over Arroyo Cano.
