Thailand.. We started off in Bangkok, celebrating Thanksgiving with the entire squad and now alumni squad leaders. It was awesome spending the holiday with everyone. We had a delightful dinner, lots of laughs and a few farewells.

During our holiday break in Bangkok, before leaving for our ministry sites, we had an A.T.L. (Ask The Lord) day where groups of us went out into the city to see what He had in store. I had the opportunity to lead a group of gals on this adventure which was hilarious and awesome. We prayed for and met a few different people. its was so much fun!

This month ministry was a little slow because the school had assemblies, holidays and school trips. We were able to teach English a few times to the children, but we spent most days praying over the village we were located in and for the church we were serving on Sundays and Wednesdays. This month did offer plenty of rest time to dig into the Word and soak up the LORD’s presence. It was definately needed! I have to say my favorite ministry day though was going to a small local water park with the kids from church. After church, we spent the rest of the day swimming, laughing and eating ice cream 🙂
