God has called me to go on the World Race!! 🙂
What is the World Race??
The world race is an 11 month missions trip to 11 different countries around the world to shine the light of Jesus!
What will you do on the race??
Depending on the needs of each country we could be doing anything from; building churches, door to door evangelism, caring for the homeless, teaching English, praying for the sick, preaching in the streets, loving the orphans, feeding the hungry, reaching out to prostitutes, and fighting human trafficking.
During the World Race we will be living in community with others while living with the people groups wherever we are, from the villages in Africa to the islands of the Philippines. We may be living in our tents some places we travel.
This trip is not just about me getting to go on an adventure of a life time but rather reaching out to the forgotten people of the world. It’s about building relationships with people wherever we go and spending quality time with those we come in contact with. This is about letting people know they are not forgotten, no matter where they live or the circumstances that surround them, they are never alone. There is a father who is always beside them named Jesus!
Life is about living as Jesus lived his life on earth loving others.
