Around 6:30 am my bare feet lightly whisper across the wooden
floor in our beautiful country home. I cozy up with coffee, a white down
blanket, and my bible. The frost outside is barely seen through the fog which
is lifting with every inch the sun shining. Romania has so much beauty in it and that day I saw so much more…

The closest village is about a 30 minute walk and from
there we must take a bus to another village. We stopped and prayed asking God
where our team should go while we roam around with Zsombor our ministry contact.

Suddenly we flag down a bus or so I thought. We actually
flagged down another bus-like vehicle but, they are willing to take us to the
next village for half price PRAISE GOD.

We made 2 visits that day. One visit was to a poor gypsy
family where we prayed for the oldest woman and I handed out hats and gloves to
the children who were covered in dirt and beauty.

I felt a draw to a young boy and God telling me to look up a
verse in Mark. The verse talked of how Joseph was brave enough after Jesus died
to ask for his body, how Joseph was to be an important man in the Jewish council,
I felt lead to tell him. When I asked for his name I found out his name was
Marco (meaning Mark in English). PRAISE GOD.

                                            Marco and Marco

Our second stop was one that I believe changed my faith. We
walked past a woman and her son outside. Their faces light up as they saw us
and called out “Americanos!” Unknowingly to us, this woman had been praying for
someone to come pray over her mother Katalina.

As we entered the house we did our normal sing worship
songs, share scripture, and pray. Up till now, everything was the same until I
looked at Ashley. Her eyes filled with tears and I heard God say HOPE. Ashley
was inviting hope and healing into that small house through her Holy
Spirit.  PRAISE GOD.

We prayed over a woman named Clara at the age of 83. Her
ankle was in pain. The room filled with prayer and light singing. Our team’s
hands united around her foot. We stopped at one point and Kaitlyn said we
should anoint her feet with oil. Having only Chap Stick with her on hand, she
rolled Chap Stick with oil in it onto all our fingers. We united again around
her and this time I felt it. I have never seen healings before or felt it but,
this time I did. I felt my hand tingle as our prayers increased.

                                         Amanda, Clara, and Lauren

Kaitlyn and I quickly left the room afterwards to find
Katalina the Mother and pray for her. Alysa, Ashley, Amanda, and Lauren told me
Clara eventually rose to her feet. When she did her eyes filled with tears as
she told our contact Zsombor she felt better. She felt less pain. She was
healed. PRAISE GOD.

As Kaitlyn and I entered the next room Katalina was faintly
sitting up in her bed. Being filled in on the details of her condition I
realized how serious this was. Katatlina’s medicine was only going to last 4
more days. Her condition had to do with a weak/ irregular heart beat which lead
to chest pain and bad feet with the poor circulation.

With Chap Stick in hand Kaitlyn and I began to pray and
anoint. Kaitlyn held Katalina as I tended to her feet. I noticed how purple her
feet were. Prayers and singing again filled this room.

There was at one point a man in the corner of the room
praying on his knees, he reached for Kaitlyn and pointed to the sky in shock.
He called out Jesus’ name. I can’t say I know for sure but I believe that man
saw Jesus enter the room.

As Kaitlyn and I looked at each other with tear filled eyes.
I asked if she would be willing to put her hand on Katalina’s heart. Just as
she did Katalina moved her hand right onto her heart. We continued to pray and
as we did I saw the purple in her foot fade to pink and the fully disappear. The
blood properly flowing from her heart to her feet was only done by God in the
name of Jesus Christ. PRAISE GOD.

With all of that happening we just so happened to have
missed our bus home and that next one would not come for 2 hours (  with temperature at 17*F). With our joy and
faith in the Lord we prayed God would send us someone and of course He did. A
school bus drove by right after we were done praying and did not even charge us
anything. PRAISE GOD.

I have been constantly blown away by God in Romania. He has
provided for my team in more ways than one over a dozen times. Now, God is
using us to provide and bless others in ways I have never been used. Thank you
God. May this story travel to others back home so they may believe and know you!
