Hi friend!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog!
I’m Lauren, and I’m a 22 year old recent college graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University. (Go Eagles!) I received my Bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in Marketing.
So why the World Race?!
I am in passionate pursuit of a deeper relationship with my Savior. He has placed a passion for missions in my heart and is allowing me to do His work through the partners of the World Race.
2016 has been a beautiful year that my call to missions has been brought to life. In January, I was able to spend two weeks volunteering in the northern hill tribes of Thailand. I was able to meet and work with a Christian Karen tribe in a predominantly Buddhist country for the majority of our trip. This experience impacted my life in so many ways and planted the seed for much of this upcoming year.
Then in July, I was able to spend a month working with two amazing Christian ministries in Honduras through AIM. I spent that month loving on people in Jesus’ name and experiencing Him on a whole new level.
And now He is blessing me with the opportunity to go on the World Race.

I still can’t believe this is the next chapter of my story and I am ecstatic to share that journey with you. I am in a constant state of awe that the Lord is allowing me to be a part of the work He is doing in these 11 countries.
So who am I? I’m just a vessel that He is using to spread the Gospel. This blog isn’t about “MY” trip. It’s about Jesus and the way He is changing lives around the world. My purpose is to love others and to love them well, so thank you for partnering with me to do that! 🙂
