Hello world!!!
I’M GOING AROUND THE WORLD TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT JESUS!
Wow. I just had to put that out there because it’s literally all that I think about anymore! Seriously though, the WR has invaded my thoughts constantly. This is certainly because I’m so stoked about going, but more so because Christ has called me to this and blessed me with this opportunity, and I can’t wait to respond.
I am 17 years old, a high school student, and feeling ready to take on the world (for now!). I am a track athlete, and I’m super nervous about leaving that behind for a year, but Christ gives and takes away to build His Kingdom. I come from a very large family, secretly enjoy going to school, and love my doggy! (her name is Dakota)
I love being outside and I love meeting and loving new people. I am feeling particularly called to this ministry because I just have so much love to offer to the world, so much joy to share, and GOD IS GOOD!
I am so happy that I am starting this journey with the World Race for so many reasons: I get to love the world because of Christ, explore the world with other believers, and I get to help grow the Kingdom. I’m sure this will be one of the most challenging years of my life, but it is exactly what I am supposed to be doing.
