Hello, friend!
I’m Laura Berg, but also go by Berganator, Bergie, Ice Berg, Ice Berg Lettuce, Berg, Laurs, or Doda.
I recently graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a B.S. in Anthropology and minors in linguistics and teaching English as a second language. Ever since I was a kid, my plan for after college was always to move straight to Japan; a country I have fallen head-over-heels for.
Of course, God was leading me in a different direction.
After a lot of push from God’s end and pull from my end, I applied (and was accepted to!) the World Race!
Although this is completely NOT what I expected to ever do, the last half year of preparation has shown me how good God and His plans are.
Every day I strive to put my trust completely in Him as I go on this adventure to serve and witness to people across Asia.
