Family & Friends,

Things here are going really good. God is doing a lot through my team’s nights of prayer. We have set hours that we each pray and even the Africans are noticing differences! Tommy Sullivan, one of our other team leaders, and his team, were in a bus accident where he was thrown from the bus and it landed on top of him (the bus is a little larger then a mini van ). He was in critical condition yesterday and our squad set up round the clock prayer teams and today he has NO internal bleeding, NO fractures, NOTHING! He’s just sore and bruised!! Praise God!!!! Everyone else is fine except Juliette got a broken arm. Praise God for answered prayers!

The crusades are going very well, the first one was horrible but the last two have been amazing!  I got to teach at a primary school, kindergarten, and I got to see a whole bunch of wells that Americans have come dug and put in. They give out good, clean water. I drank it and had no problems! It reminded me of the man who came to one of the fundraising garage sales and was telling us how he is going over to Africa to dig a well. Hopefully I will be able to give that guy a picture of me and the kids at the well. The villages we go to are in the middle of nowhere and have no electricity, no running water, and most have never seen a white person before, yes, we do scare some of the children! There are huts, squatty potties and outdoor bucket showers, along with cows, goats and dogs running around! It’s truly the Africa that you think of, though no tribal paints or piercings. We have over 200 Aricans attend each crusade service!!

My health is doing well, I’m trying to get a lot of rest this week because I don’t know what country we will be in next or what we will be doing.

Debrief is coming up at the end of the month, I’m excited to see Chuck and Selena!!!! Internet is scarce but I will keep you as updated as possible!
