The Love Encounters Dominican Republic

That is my hearts deep desire at the start of this new month, and new country. As we entered the Dominican Republic God really laid it upon my heart to put worship music on my ipod and just worship Him, sit with Him and let Him shower over me. One of my favorite Psalms says, “Deep calls to deep in the roar of Your waterfall.� When my soul is so deeply desiring the spirit of God that all I can see, all I can feel, all I can see is God and his presence as it pours over me. It’s a longing and a feeling that I honestly haven’t felt in over a year but one that I now pray I will daily feel.

 

Last month God taught me about intercession and deep prayer between Him and me. He taught me a lot about praying for my husband, others and myself. (For more on that check out the blog titled, “Haiti The Love Encounters�) (As for my husband, no one get excited, I haven’t met him yet.J) This month I am giving God my full heart, and full attention and see where He takes me and watch how God uses me to minister to the orphans, staff and other missionaries. Last month I left my fear by the side of the road, I heard him speak and won’t let go, He taught me how to truly pray. Now I life my hands, give Him my whole heart and let Him draw me in. All I need is God.

 

All I need is God. It’s not about me, it’s about God using me as a vessel of His glory and presence and fully submitting to Him so that all that these beautiful people see when they look at me, Is God. I’m praying for all of you, my dear supporters you have especially been on my heart lately, Each of you is a blessing from Heaven.
