Part of my team's ministry this month is working on Adventures' Unsung Hero Campaign.
Unsung Heroes are the people working behind the scenes, helping those in need, sometime receiving little help, donations, or recognition for their good deeds. These heroes have nothing and literally give everything they have to those even less fortunate. These people spend their lives doing for others and giving back to the community- literally being the hands and feet of Jesus. Their love for Jesus is what motivates them and keeps them going on the hard days. Jesus called us to give and serve and that is what they do.
We have been given the task of finding these people so we can share their stories with the world and to open more opportunities for future World Race teams to assist these people with their humble ministries. Right now, we are specifically looking for people in
Kenya.
