Adventures in Missions (AIM) is starting a new program called the “Unsung Heroes Campaign”. Basically, AIM/the World Race needs more ministry contacts around the world, so they’re appointing people on the field to actively look for such contacts and set up partnerships. In addition to expanding their network, AIM is also interested in identifying “unsung heroes” in ministry around the world. They consider an unsung hero to be someone who is “dedicated to serving some of the most impoverished populations in the world, [especially if the ‘hero’] rarely receives recognition for their dedication and service.”
My team ” Living Water” has the opportunity to pioneer the first Unsung Heroes month in U Squad.We are fired up and have already begun making contacts who have and are currently changing the world.Just tonight we met with 3 men who are walking the street several times a week sharing the love of Jesus. They prayed over us and we prayed over them. The body of Christ is at work- stay encouraged
This month, Orphans, sex trafficking victims; idol worshippers are all being met and touched by by the King of Kings and Lord of the Universe thru us.
We are currently staying in a hostel with unbelievers. From dawn to dusk we are challenged to walk the walk and talk the talk. It is an amazing experience and I would’t trade it for the anything. I could go on and on telling you about the ministry that is happening just in our living quarters. Lives are being forever changed…
In addition to the fact that I get to help AIM expand their ministry around the world, I also get to do a lot of personal research. We get a unique, insight and perspective of many ministries in the country of Thailand! We have the privilege to identify some of the countless “unsung heroes” of the Kingdom and draw them into the spotlight where they’ll have more access to resources and international recognition.
We have already seen so much just in the two days of being here. Active prostitution, lady men, and women and kids are working the streets to provide for their families.
NO ONE is exempt !
