Wow! I am completely blown away by everyone’s support and encouragement through this process. I’m not going to lie, I was extremely nervous and scared at what people would say when I told them I would be going on a mission’s trip to help orphanages, teach English overseas and assist the country and its people in whatever way they need.
I have been shocked at all the encouragement and support everyone has given when I tell them of this 11-month adventure! As of tomorrow, it will officially be ONE month (Whoa baby) since I have been accepted to the World Race.
Thank you to all who have been supporting me on this adventure whether it’s been to adopt a BOX, adopt a JAR, attend the Movie Fundraiser, donate items to my garage sales. My heart <3 has seriously been overflowing with gratitude and love.
This whole fundraising process has been challenging. I have had doubts that I would not be able to raise such a large amount of money in a short amount of time. But I know without a doubt that God has placed this passion and desire to travel on this World Race with my squad and to these specific 11 countries. He will without a doubt provide (EEEEK)!
I have no idea where the money will come from but that’s okay. I trust that I will be able to make the amount before launching in August 2018.
