If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far go together

Being raised as an only child, I was taught at a young age to fend for myself, to not depend on anyone, not to blame anyone for anything but myself. This has been hard to uproot from myself. This has been a lifestyle that I have lived for the past 27 years. If I have hurt anyone with this life style-I am sorry! It has not been my intention.

I have learned on the race to trust others (keyword try, its a work in progress), to let others help and to share. All of this is new to me and many have probably learned this when they were younger.

Community. It has been good, so good. It is fun to live with 28 others this past month. All 28 people come from different backgrounds and lifestyles. It is interesting yet so fun!

Community has also had its hard moments. You live with 28 others and we all communicate in a different way, have different personalities, have different things that make us tick. This past month has been a learning curve to, say the least but at the same time, it has been a blast.

It is fun to not only see ourselves living in a community but most of the world lives in a community as well. It has been a blessing to see everyone in Ukraine and Romania living a life full of community. #lifegoals

In the end, I will always choose community.
