We were asked to write a blog about how we were called to this mission trip.
Here is my story……
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit

I believe we’re all called to be missionaries whether it is at school, at work, in your town or overseas. God has called us all. He’s called us to love our neighbors, to feed the hungry, and to help the helpless. I can’t explain to you how blessed I feel to know that our God uses me, and will continue to use me as long as I allow him. I always want to be in His will, to be on the path that He’s chosen for me.
I never thought I would be doing something like this but God has other plans. God has given me a deep desire for youth and I’ve always thought I would be in youth ministry. When my husband, Nick found The World Race website he was actually looking for a mission trip for our youth group. After a lot of prayer we knew this is where God was leading us. I’m not really sure what He has planned for us on this trip, but I do know that this is His plan for my life right now. I can’t wait to see what He’s going to teach us and how He will use us through this mission trip.
But my life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus-the work of telling others the Good News about God’s wonderful kindness and love.
