Hey there family, friends, and strangers!
I really like the quote above, “God will make a way where there seems to be no way”.
He made a way for me to go to Haiti a few months ago when there seemed to be absolutely no way!
I believe He will do the same with Gap Year. There seems to be NOOO way for me to do Gap Year.
I need $9,000 in my account before July 18.
Though this could be overwhelming, God just wants me to trust Him, because $12,488 is NOTHING to Him.
This time of fundraising has really been a ministry in itself. It has been stretching my faith BIG TIME, and teaching me to trust God while using my situation to encourage others.
2 Corinthians 5:7 says, “For we walk by faith, not by sight”. By sight I have no money, and it seems TOTALLY impossible to have $9,000 in my account in 14 days. But because I serve A God who is the creator of the universe I choose to walk by faith trusting that He will provide for ALL my needs AND MORE, if that be His will for me to go!
God could provide this money in a minute, but as a friend of mine said, “If God provided all the money all at one time, we wouldn’t be getting the preparation and growth God wants to give us”.
As Nicole put it, “That impossible situation you find yourself in is possible, when you place it at the feet of Jesus”. Jesus I place this all at your feet, and I’m excited to see what your going to do, and how your going to do it!
I love what my Missions Pastor says, “Pray and do your part, and God will do his part, by the way did I mention prayer”? You can`t get any better than that!!!
So what Im asking of you is, Would you please commit to be praying for the team and I. The finances is just ONE battle the team and I are, and will be facing. The Lord is sending us out onto the frontline to battle for His kingdom, and I need you soldiers to please be praying for us, as it won`t be easy but so worth it!
