Well as some of you may know, my month in India was my hardest month on the race so far. Our ministry was to stay in the church all day, praying and reading out bible and then come out at night for one prayer meeting every night. We as a team had a lot of struggles to over come and to be honest we didn’t really do that well. Our Contact (we call him Pastor) was brand new and no world race team had ever been there. So communication was hard and unpredictable most of the time, seeing as we had Pastors 13 year old daughter as our only translator. So I mean yea I could talk all about how crappy my time was and how I really did not like last month but instead I think I will give you all of the positive things that happened!

1)   I gave my testimony for the first time

2)   I preached for the first time

3)   Wrote my first few sermons

4)   As a team we really came together and bonded

5)   I got to hang out with 10 younger boys most of the time (lived with us)

6)   Finished the book of Luke

7)   Had a lot of laughs with my team

8)   Had a lot of issues with my team as well, but we worked thru most of them

9)   Had Chia tea everyday

10)  Learnt that I LOVE curry!

11)  Bought all the boys toy dart guns that they loved!!

Even though   this wasn’t my most favorite month, I want to look back and look at the good that came out of it. I learnt a lot about dwelling on the negative last month and that I just need to find the good and happiness in everything, every moment! So yes India was a struggle, but I also had a lot of laughs and I did have fun. If you ever ask me if I would go back, I would have to tell you yes! I would go back, it is a beautiful country [little smelly] and the people are so nice and friendly [I really enjoyed all the people crowding around and staring at me, even though my team hated it and thought it was so rude].

Also I have changed teams, my new team is call JAMCLAD! And my route has also switched again to after Nepal it will look like Swaziland, South Africa, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, and China!!

Sorry this was so short but I just wanted to let you all know a nice little summary of what had been going on since I didn’t blog at all last month!

Love you all and thanks for all the support
