I am officially an AMERI-KENYAN . And I love it.

Kenya is by far one of the prettiest places on planet earth.
We have partnered yet again with another church. This month we are working alongside Pastor Ayub and Ruth at Deliverance church.
This month we have visited several different orphanages where we have to tear ourselves away from the babies and smiling children to leave

We have helped with feedings where we serve and eat alongside all the kids.
We have performed skits and songs with grungy, glue sniffing, beautiful street children.
We have shared testimonies and messages at a pulpit in the middle of a dirt road in town.

We have walked door to door on the dusty roads praying for strangers and sharing the joy of knowing Jesus.
We have spent our entire Saturday picking up a truckload of garbage off the streets. And when I mean garbage I mean anything you can think of littered on the streets of Nikuru Africa.

We have been completely blessed.
And we have seen Jesus at work every day in different ways

This month has been a time to grow close to Jesus, closer as a team, and to be humbled. Every month I watch my team take leaps forward. This month I am seeing us as true family. The way we talk to each other, the way we act, and the way we love each other. It’s been exciting watching us change to become more like Christ with each other. This month is challenging everyone to step up and out and to be humbled by Kenya.
