Well, I just graduated with my associates degree! It is amazing to me how fast those 2 years flew by. But it is nice to finally have some time to relax and spend more time on my fundraising!
Within the next month, that bar on the top of the page needs to say $3,500. And about 2 months after that, it has to say $7,500. Both of those numbers seem pretty large! However, if my account does not show $3,500 dollars within the next month, I don’t get to go to training camp, and I don’t get to go on The World Race.
Please consider clicking on the Support Me! tab either above or to the left. Even $5 would mean a lot to me! Share my blog with your friends, and their friends, and get the word out for me! I’ve been trying, but I think God is trying to teach me something. I constantly want to do this with my own power and strength, with Him and maybe a close friend or two, but relying on myself and not God or what He can do.
So I’m stepping out. I’m trusting God. I’m asking for help from everyone and anyone who is willing to give it. I believe, with every fiber of my being, that I am being requested by God to go on this trip. I want to go on this trip. My heart is ready! But I just cannot, absolutely can not go within my own power. And leaning on others is something that God is trying to get through my head! (And if you know me at all, sometimes I can be just a wee bit stubborn!)
Help me love like Jesus. My trip is only 3 months away and I am still not even 5% funded! Partner with me. Travel alongside me! Receive heavenly riches by giving what seems like riches here on earth! And what may seem like a small amount to you in comparison to what I have to raise, is another milestone in my fundraising journey. I appreciate anything and everything anyone can give, be it the change in your pocket or a monthly donation of 100 dollars.
I am also holding multiple fundraisers over the next few weeks and months. I’ll be updating on here when those are coming up once I have solid dates, so please keep praying for my journey as I know some of you have! And please know I appreciate everything that you have been doing for me, even the prayers I know nothing about. God knows!
