Now that I am officially on route for the World Race, its time for the preparation! This journey is going to be amazing for everyone involved and I am so stoked that God has given me this opportunity. I am inviting you to be part of this journey as well! God has not called everyone to go into the mission field, but I am asking you all to come beside me and my team and be our prayer warriors. Prayer is such an important part of this journey! If you would like to pray for this journey, here are some ways you can:
- Pray that we would never forget that this journey is about God's love and serving the lost, and not about ourselves
- Pray for the countries we will be visiting and the people we will meet! The countries are Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Swaziland, South Africa, Mozambique, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia and the Philippines!
- Pray that the love of God would radically change the people we meet and ourselves!
- Pray that any barriers we bring with us will be broken down
- Pray that we would be trusting the Lord every step of the way, on the Race, and before!
- Pray that God would provide the finances needed for this trip!
Now, for the financial side! I cannot afford this trip on my own! But I know that, since God has asked me to go, we will provide! God does not tease us, when we wants us to do something He will provide a path. I am trusting the Lord and I know that He will provide what I need. I am asking for you, my friends, to support me not only in prayer but also in finances! With your help I will be able to travel all over the world experiencing God's kingdom and see lives changed by His love! This trip cost $15,500. That covers all the expenses needed while on the Race; food, lodging, and travel expenses.
I need:
- $3,500 dollars in my account two weeks before Training Camp, which will be in October.
- $6,500 in my account by December 18, 2013.
- $11,000 in my account by April 1, 2014 (end of three months on the field)
- I need the full $15,500 in my account by July 1, 2014 (end of six months)
