Here’s a little about me!
I am 25 years old and have been out of college for over a year now. I am the oldest of three girls and have the most amazing parents ever. My life growing up was revolved around sports. So much so that I chose to go to Howard Payne University to continue playing basketball a little while longer. Injuries cut my basketball career a little short, but I know it was basketball that the Lord used to get me to where I needed to be.
Since graduating college in 2016 I lived and worked in Dallas. I quickly got plugged into Watermark church and it was a huge stepping stone to get me where I am today. Once committed to the Workd Race I moved home to San Angelo, TX. Who knew I could love living in west Texas people but the people here are what brought so much joy and love for this town.
I am beyond excited for this opportunity! I have prayed many times this year for guidance, and the Lord has led me to the World Race. I cannot wait for the experiences I will make and all the people I will meet on this journey. For anyone reading this I ask that you keep me in your prayers in preparation for the World Race and while I am serving around the world.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6
