Wow, just wow at what the lord has done!!!
I began fundraising April 2018 and it has been a heck of a roller coaster, to say the least. There were months when thousands of dollars would come flooding in. There were months, way more than one, when nothing came through (minus my monthly donors, shoutout!!!)
That season of my life was one of the most exhausting, stressful yet full of faith times the lord has ever walked me through. Occasionally I would be up into the wee hours of the night worrying how in the world I would ever be able to raise that much money.
Little did I know, it wasn’t on me to know when or how. I was simply called to just have a smidge of trust in Him.
I had never put so much trust in the lord than with fundraising. It was almost too easy to put my trust in Him when I KNEW I couldn’t do it on my own. He took my hand and told me that He would take care of it, He didn’t want to see me worry anymore.
He showed up right on time, every time. Prime example, my final deadline was April 30th at midnight. I was still over a $1,500 away and at 11:30pm it ALL came in. Every single penny, 30 minutes before. TELL ME THAT AINT FAITHFUL!
So a huge thank you.

Thank you to my monthly donors who so faithfully committed to giving for months.
Thank you to some of my coworkers who encouraged me up until I left that I would make every deadline.
Thank you to my bible study who prayed every Tuesday night and listened to all my worries and all my praises.
Thank you to every person who donated when I was so close to meeting deadlines.
Thank you to every anonymous donation. Nothing went unnoticed.
Thank you to my incredible momma for being so patient and encouraging and simply the best.
My God is on time. My God is a faithful. My God’s promises are always Yes and Amen. My God is simply the best.
