Though I will be going on an explicitly defined missions trip next year, my vision for life and how the Gospel applies to me everyday is going to be no different than what it's like here at home–because I'm already living in a missions field. What I have been commanded to do, what I have been commissioned by God to do, is the same in California as it will be in South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, etc.: to love God, love others, and to make disciples. I understand that all of this may look different depending on where I am and whom I'm with, but my vision is the same and my God is the same. He sent His son, Jesus, to die for me , so I want to do anything and everything I can to live out a life that honors and thanks Him for that–all the time.

These are snapshots of my missions field. I love being here =)

"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations…And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age" (Matthew 28:18-20).
