We got our ministry assignments Monday, and we were all so hype about it.  Team Ecclesia, my team of 7 lovely ladies, got assigned to Llano, a small village that consists of about 150 people. Our main job in Llano (pronounced Jauno) is to partner with Moníca, an actual powerhouse of a woman, and bring life and love and Jesus into her community. While we are there, we are helping her garden and farm in the mornings on Monday through Wednesday, teaching English in the afternoons on Mondays and Wednesdays, and doing door to door evangelism on Tuesday afternoons. Friday mornings will be used to prep for our English classes so we can be as prepared as possible for the precious people we are teaching; on Friday afternoons we will hold a cooking class for the women of the community. The main purpose behind the cooking class is to bring the women of the community around Moníca and show them what Godly womanhood is all about.

This ministry is such an excitement and such a blessing. My favorite part so far is most definitely the English class. We’ve only held one class so far, but I can already tell that its going to be an amazing three months. The kids are so eager to learn and to be loved on. Keep watching out for more updates on ministry and how the Lord is moving! Can’t wait to share more about it with all of you!!

Please continue in prayer for us as we listen to the Lord and have Him guide each area of our ministry!! Thanks so much! Look for another update in a week!
