If you’ve been on instagram lately you seen my bombard of pictures from my recent trip to Austin, Texas where I got to meet just a fraction of my squad! And what a sweet time it was. We spent this past weekend laughing our butts off, experiencing Texas food, diving into vulnerability, dreaming of whats to come on the race, and just getting to know each other. We Spent time in prayer & worship, learning each others struggles & triumphs and just thanking God for the goodness he surrounded this weekend with
Walking into this I didn’t know what to expect. Spending 5 days with girls I had never met not knowing how we’d get along or if we even had that much in common. But what an answer to prayer this time was. What an absolute honor to get to know these girls, to hear their hearts. To see Brees authentic & kind self, to experience mg’s tenderness and care, to know Graces valor & realness, to feel Celias joy & outstanding love, to hear Raylees kindness & thoughtfulness, and to get a glimpse of Maddie’s radiance & love.
Such a sweet glimpse of the friendships to come & a reminder of Gods faithfulness.If all this can happen in a weekend I cant imagine what these 9 months will hold.Just 6 short months until we’re back together.
