Hi all!
So, I decided to make a video about the experiences over the last seven months. It was always hard for me to share about our lives on the race, and in my hesitancy to do so, I lost out on an opportunity to share about the amazing people we met and lives we lived while abroad. These cultures taught me about rest and hard work, hospitality, community and faith. They humbled me and stretched me, and I am a better person because of the people we met. In a world of increasing diversity, a huge desire of mine is for the increased love for other ways of life. My hope in sharing this video is that people begin to understand a little better the cultures we immersed ourselves in. I believe that understanding leads to respect, respect to admiration, and trust me, the people we met deserve all my admiration.
