Christmas already! I mention this because there is a great opportunity for you to support me this upcoming holiday. Here on the World Race we have a family who “Coaches” us along the way. It is a great blessing to have someone so dedicated to our well being that knows our squad as a whole and can pray for us. Next month they will be with us in Thailand to check up on us and have offered to bring letters from home! With this said, I would love to receive cards from you all. As far as I know this will be the only time I will be able to receive mail on the World Race. If you would like to send me something, please make sure it is just a card or letter in a small envelope. I will not be able to receive boxes of goods, which I know you would love to send me, but an encouraging word, gift card, or just a note would be greatly appreciated as its going to be my first Thailand Christmas. The cards and letters will need to be mailed to my coaches (Phil and Ruth) by November 20th! There address is as follows. Please include my name as well.

Currently I am residing in Heredia, Costa Rica at Glory Christian School. We arrived on the first with minimal delays and were able to rest on the weekend and go to a local soccer game. I was clearly cheering for the wrong team since we lost 3-0 and most everyone was cheering for the home team. It was really exciting but at the same time I don’t think I have been more scared for my safety since starting this mission trip in September. Here at the school and church there are many different ministries I can take part in but one close to my heart is just spending time with the students and help leading morning devotion with them before school. Please pray that God will use our teams like He has in the past to bless this school and church. Last month was great to see so many different ministries in Nicaragua, but I am excited to stay put and build deeper relations. Below is the website for Glory Christian School as well as many others that we visited and took part in Nicaragua. Please pray for them and feel free to support them as you would support me because we all have such a great common love for Jesus Christ.
I am continually learning more about God and His will in my life. One of the best things about this mission trip is that it allows me to grow in my personal relationship with Christ exponentially compared to when living in the U.S. with work, school and other distractions. My entire day is focused on serving others in Christ and my own personal walk with Him. With this said I would love for you to pray for this continual growth in Christ and that God will use me in BIG ways this year. Please pray also for the work of God in my current ministry as well as those I visited last month in Nicaragua. Thank you for everything and may God bless you in every way.
