As I said before, I am kind of new to this whole blogging thing so bare with me guys. It has been a few weeks since I have blogged, I have been stressing over exams and work and the holidays. I have been struggling over what to talk about and share with you guys but nothing came to mind. Finally I just decided to share how much you all mean to me and what an impact everyone who reads this blog or whoever will read this has had on my life. So here it goes and again thank you for all of your support, encouragement, love, and prayers.
First of all I want to express my appreciation for everyone who has sat down with me and talked with me through my struggle of accepting this plan that God has for me. It was never an easy thing and I still struggle with the thought of leaving my friends and family behind. I may never have accepted this journey without your words of encouragement prayers that I would have the strength and courage to truly surrender to God's will.
To my friends and family and all of those closest to me. Thank you for being here, that sounds like such a cliche but you don't know how much just your presence and company means to me, whether it is any one of the youth or friends from cru, just a smile you offer or making me smile means the world to me. I love each and every one of you guys more than you know. It isn't until after you think about not being around those closest to you when notice how much they really mean to you.
To all the people in my squad, I cannot wait to meet you guys and get to know you all. I cannot express in words how excited I am about this journey that we will go on together next year. You guys will be my family, I don't know if yaw read each others blog's like I do but I can already tell that you all will be great lifelong friends.
I don't know if all the current or past racers read our blogs like we read yours but thank you for being an inspiration and a doorway into what we will experience on the race. Hearing what you all go through and experience everyday, whether good or bad, encourages us to prepare ourselves more for this incredible opportunity. It is a great privilege to follow in your footsteps and serve our God.
Thank you friends and family for your support both financially and through prayer. Without you all I wouldn't be able to go on the word race and have the amazing privelege to GO and share the word and the love of God to those who may never hear it otherwise. We may never know how much each of us has impacted the world just by simply being obedient to what God has called us to do. Please continue to pray for me and my future squadmates for direction, courage, wisdom, and strength. Also Pray that God will go before us and prepare the hearts of everyone who will cross our path, may there hearts be open to what He will tell them through us.
