We are starting our last month here in Antigua, Guatemala.  Ministry will be slow this month as the whole country is celebrating Holy Week.  I have decided to keep things interesting by recounting some Top 10s of the past year to help review this experience and remind myself and you guys all the things that have happened over the year.  I will start this review by recounting the Top 10 adventures for me on the World Race.  Here it goes.

The World Race is a sect of Adventures in
Missions.  I knew this trip would be
challenging and exciting and ultimately an incredible adventure.  While obeying God was my number one reason
for going on the World Race, the adventures I knew I would encounter was
certainly a consolation prize.  Here is a
list of the top 10 adventures I have experienced over this past year.

10.
Snorkeling off the coast of Zanzibar

9.  Rope swinging into the 3 feet deep lake in Ukraine.

8.  Renting a
motor bike and driving around Chiang Mai, Thailand.

7.  Riding a
horse for the first time ever in a small village in Nicaragua.

6.  Hanging
off the back of a truck multiple times in Thailand or Nicaragua.

5.  Playing
with tigers in Thailand.

4.  Rafting
down the river on an air mattress in Ukraine.

This is right before Egor takes out Chad.

3.  Trying to
surf unsuccessfully and resorting to boogie boarding in Nicaragua.

2.  Climbing around 5 mountains in 3 weeks in Ukraine.  Good thing it was the beginning of the race so I was not out of shape yet.

At the top of one of the mountains we climbed in Ukraine, we probably climbed a few in the background as well.

1. Rafting on the Nile River.

This is our group rafting the Nile, I am in the front of the boat with Matt Delaney.

So thats a small glimpse in some of the adventures we have faced so far on the race.  My next blog will be about the best and worst moments so far on the race.  God Bless.
