So we’ve been in Ukraine for a week now.  We are serving at a Christian youth camp in rural Ukraine.  The landscape is beautiful we are placed in a nice valley.  Chad, Tom and I are doing a lot of manual labor which has actually been pretty fun.  Communication with the locals has been difficult as few of them speak english.  Chad and I were able to share the gospel with one of the older boys from the camp, Sasha, he along with half the other teenagers were not Christian.  I was also able to speak to the whole group, I shared my testimony and expounded on 1 John 2: 15-17 and Romans 6:23.  I believe God ordained the message and the students were very attentive as our translator Pasha spoke to them.  I am doing well, feeling homesick at times, our team morale is pretty good for now too.  We have students coming in tomorrow, and 2 more groups after that, please pray that we will be a blessing to the camp we are serving at and a witness to the teenagers (christian /non-christian alike.  Hopefully my next update will come sooner.
