We are located by a village in the bush of Africa called Seronga. We are here till the beginning of January. Our ministry schedule looks like this.

Monday-Thursday:
– Evangelism in the morning
– Kids ministry in the afternoon
– Bible study at night with the host family
Friday:
– Maintenance around the house in the morning
– Free time in the afternoon
Saturday:
– Adventure day or off day
Sunday:
– Church in the morning
– Free time in the afternoon

We are living in two dorms and we have our own kitchen. We make our own food for breakfast and supper, Eloise (Host mom) makes us lunch. She’s one of the BEST cooks ever, it’s awesome. We all love it a lot. We have showers and running water but the water tastes like dirt because it’s from the Delta. They let us hang out in their house and it’s the cutest house. It’s super homey and we all love spending time in there. The village has a post office, a store, a school, police station and more.

I love it here and the family is great! We’ve had rest days for the past week to catch up in our 35 hours of travel to get here, but we are hopefully starting our kids ministry tonight!
