With only a week or so left, I can say in reflection of this month that Thailand has been an amazing, blessed experience!

Our ministry this month has been working with a local pastor on a few projects he has in the community. (Pastor Wasan & his wife moved to this area a few years ago, originally to help with the re-building efforts after the devastation of the hurricane of 2004. He and his teams have helped to build over 100 houses since.) Our main focus has been cleaning up around the local community center, as well as doing some landscaping projects that beautify the area. My favorite part of the ministry? Teaching English lessons Monday thru Friday! Something I have just a bit of experience with…

(Our lovely community center!)

I can’t tell you how good it felt to be back in the classroom. Really, a lot of this trip has been about discovering spiritual gifting, and having set foot into the classroom once again after a few months of rest, I discovered, “Okay, so maybe teaching *is* something God has gifted me in. I look forward to seeing how God uses that in the future…

In just a few short days we will be off to meet the rest of our squad for *month 5 debrief*! Please be sure to lift us up in your prayers as we travel! Thanks so much!
