There are a few places where you can usually find me ; serving you coffee at Starbucks, hiking parts of the Lone Star Trail, or possibly watching multiple episodes of New Girl with my dog. I’m a soon to be Spanish graduate from Sam Houston State University and like most twenty-somethings, I don’t have a very detailed five year plan. However, I can tell you where I’ll be January 2018. The Lord has planted some beautiful seeds in my heart for overseas service and through Adventures in Missions, those seeds get to grow and be nourished for 11 months while I travel to 11 different countries. I won’t pretend like the reality of meeting new people and experiencing new cultures isn’t a huge desire of mine; it is, but I can look back on my past and connect the dots between experiences that have stirred this unshakable passion. I am so excited to share this journey with you; all of the struggles and all of the triumphs. Join me and my team as we discover the heart of God through changing horizons.
