Let me let you in on a secret: most of my World Race blogs are written by me and then posted by incredible people in the states who have decent Wi-Fi. So most of them are written about a week before they are posted. Mulled over. Thought through. Edited. Read. And with pictures because pictures seem almost impossible to download in the third world. (Let the world know that the next picture took about 10 minutes to upload from here.)

But today, I am posting one from Peru myself. I am writing it in the same day it will get posted. It might have a few grammar mistakes, but it will be a part of my heart that I want to share with you.
The World Race is an incredible journey. Where I have come in my walk with the Lord in 7 weeks is something that I can’t begin to tell you about in a blog. The change is happening with such clear providence from the Lord that I don’t even know how to describe it to you. I am seeing Him provide so clearly, tell me that I can do this, and build relationships that I plan to continue for a long time.

Knowing that we have eternity to look forward to is an incredible blessing.
I told myself that I would give the World Race three months to see if this is really what God had for me. I secretly gave myself the out that maybe my journey would end in March because that is all the time that the Lord needed. And boy, was I wrong.
I REALLY want to stay through the end of my World Race. I want to be here to finish my race, through the end of 11 months. I am currently $7874 from being fully funded. I am also aiming for my third of four deadlines: $11,000 that I have to have raised by April 1st. I am $2600 short from that deadline. Would you consider investing in me this month so I can stay on my World Race? I want to finish this well, and I want to see Jesus more and more over the next 9 months to be able to share more with you about this journey and what God is doing in the nations. He is writing incredible stories that leave me amazed every night. The Jesus that is moving among the nations is undeniable.
Will you consider being a part of my story and being a part of my World Race? I would love to partner with you. If you click on the left hand side of my blog, there is a link that says SUPPORT ME that will give you specific instructions on how to support my Race.
If you have any questions, let me know.
Much love from the Peruvian desert and the land of sweat!
Until He comes,
Kristy
