So I don't know about you.. But when fundraising you hear all these AMAZING stories of God providing LARGE sums of money to people. Like an anonymous donation of $1000 or someone giving $2000+.
I never thought that would be me…
This isn't my first time in the support raising rodeo.. And most of my other experience was the stepping stones of raising money little by little. (I am not trying to discount that at all because God works through all gifts big and small)
So I am driving home from work last night just thinking to myself.. I haven't been checking my World Race Account very often because it is easy to get discouraged.. But I was thinking about all the stories I have heard from my squadmates about God's crazy movement in their finances through large donations..
CRAZY THOUGHT 1: "What if when I got home I checked my WR Account and there was a random $1,000 donation in there??" "Nah, there is no way.. Who would do that?? Who could do that??"
Getting home I don't immediately remember to check my WR Account.. But at 11 pm I decide to check it……….
THERE IS EXACTLY ONE $1,000 DONATION IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!
I literally sit straight up in my bed. Not knowing if I should scream, cry, or pee my pants…
IS THIS REAL???????
God decided to show me in such a HUGE WAY that he can provide for me through whoever he wants, however he wants!!!
I don't know when this reality will really hit me that I am going to Training Camp with U Squad!!!!
Back to Business:
My first financial deadline is JUNE 29th and I only need $440 to hit that.
Looking ahead, to be able to launch in September with my squad I need $2,500 more in my account…
WOULD YOU HELP ME BE ABLE TO BRING THE GOSPEL TO THE NATIONS?????
