What does it look like to be a Squad Leader???

How do you sum up 5 months of ministry, investing in 60 people, late night conversations, early morning worship sessions, endless hours put into returning emails, and countless breakthroughs with the Lord? It’s pretty hard to do in words so here is a video that should portray MOST of the story 🙂
