Hi, all! So this post is mixed . . .a little update mixed with the revelation of a little challenge. However, no challenge is too big for God, so needless to say, I am NOT worried.
First of all, it is important to note that God is continuing to provide! My current account status is . . .
- $6329 in received donations
- $4000 in additional monies pledged to my account to be paid in monthly installments through June 2012
This brings my total raised to $10,329!
There is one small challenge . . .
I incorrectly thought that my funds could be pledged & given through the end of my trip, but realized at training camp that I had misunderstood the deadlines. This does not set me back much, but it is important to note that ALL FUNDS must be in my account by July 1, 2012 (the end of 6 months on the field). The remaining incremental deadlines (for RECEIVED donations) are listed below:
- $6,500 – Due 12/18/2011 (2 weeks prior to my trip)
- $11,000 – Due 4/1/2012 (End of 3 months on the field)
- $15,500 – Total Due 7/1/2012 (End of 6 months on the field)
Thanks so much to all of you that has given and that have pledged amounts to be given in the months ahead! I am confident that the Lord will continue to provide and that all deadlines will be met according to His plan!
