Last Sunday at church we saw a man with many tats, and scars up and down his arm. We knew something was different about him and so we asked. The pastor told us that he worked as an assassin. Thursday we were able to hear his story.
Several years ago this man worked for the mob here and was used to kill people. He was arrested about 5 years ago and sent to prison it was there that this man found Jesus (explains the importance of prison ministry we did two months ago). When he was released though the mob still wanted to use him to accomplish their goals, and he wanted nothing to do with them. So he prayed and soon all the leaders died and he no longer was being asked to kill people.
Since his time in prison he has followed hard after God, giving his firstfruits to the church, and loving his wife and daughter as a strong man of God should. Although he still has scars to show his past he now has healing from the sins he has done.
