“You have to set high expectations for God to exceed them.”-Larry Brey

Since I decided to do the World Race, I’ve faithfully believed that statement. I’ve openly said that I would be fully funded before launch in September. Man has God blown that out of the water. I sit here 3 weeks prior to training camp FULLY FUNDED!! God is so good. Not only am I fully funded; money continues to pour in to cover shots, gear, flights, insurance, and etc! Glory to God! I’m overflowing with gratitude!

Thank you Lord for providing above and beyond what I could ever imagine!

Thank you to my amazing family who has gone the extra miles to help me raise the $15,500. Raffles, yard sales, t-shirt sales, bracelets, handing out letters, you know it, and they have done it!

Thank you to my church family for buying shirts, bracelets, and leading the way in generosity. Thank you for your continued encouragement and prayers!!

Thank you to my friends, eGroup, and GFO family who are listened, prayed, encouraged, and donated!

Thank you to people I’ve never met who gave simply because they believe in what I am doing.

Thank you to the beautiful Bates girls and their friends who are reading their hearts out in hopes of raising $1,111 for my race!

Thank you to those who have so little that your small donation means more than anything else because of the sacrifice it meant for you.

The list could go on and on! Thank you to everyone who has made this happen. I hope you know that by investing in my trip you are also a part of what is being done for God’s kingdom. You are sending me to do this amazing work! I’m forever grateful!

For those who haven’t been able to give and would still like to, I’m continuing to accept personal donations to help with costs of gear, immunizations, and spending money. As always, prayers are what I continue to need. Continue to pray as I prepare that I will be mentally, spiritually, and physically prepared.

The best is truly yet to come!!
Heart and Soul,
Kristi
