Before leaving on the race one of the things I often wondered was..

“What will the food be like?”

Here in Europe we have been treated so kindly. Many have such a passion for cooking, but an even greater love to serve others from their kitchen. We have been invited several times to come have traditional cooked meals in Serbia and also here in Romania. 

From airplanes to cafes, from camp to kitchens, and to festivals, but best of all from the homes of those that we have met. Here are some photos of what we have been getting a taste of over the last couple of months…
