I don’t know where to begin or how to describe the 11 days I spent at camp. There will be plenty more blogs in the next few weeks that will be about camp. Mostly cause I can’t fit all that happened in one blog. So I’ll start with my squad.

Hannah and Conner were the first people I met on my squad. Hannah and I saw each other from across the airport and ran to each other. Immediately we became friends someone asked if we knew each other and we both started laughing cause we had never met before that moment. And then Conner came over to stand with us and we became the airporters. We were together at the airport from 11ish-3ish… if that’s not a bonding moment then I don’t know what is.

When we got to camp we met the rest of the squad. Instant friendships were made. We were family in a matter of seconds. I will go into more detail of my squad mates in future posts because There is so much to say about them. We went through a lot in the next week together… from freezing rain to a killer hike to ant invasions to God encounters. But through out all this. I learned a lot about myself and more importantly about God. He is so good and kept us all safe during training camp. More info to come…
