On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me the most amazing year of my life.
On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me two low grade fevers
On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me three rounds of lice
On the fourth day of Christmas my true love gave to me four new squad leaders
On the fifth day of Christmas my true love gave to me FIVE AMAZING TEAMMATES
On the sixth day of Christmas my true love gave to me six shirts with holes
On the seventh day of Christmas my true love gave to me seven sketchy meals
On the eighth day of Christmas my true love gave to me eight ice cold showers
On the ninth day of Christmas my true love gave to me nine cups of instant coffee
On the tenth day of Christmas my true love gave to me ten long bus rides
Onthe eleventh day of Christmas my true love gave to me eleven fire ant bites
On the twelfth day of Christmas my true love gave to me twelve minutes of silence
The World Race may seem glamorous, but there is so much that goes on behind the Instagram, blogs, and skype calls that is not quite so pretty. However, I wouldn’t trade this life for the world. All of the inconveniences are worth the privilege to bring the gospel to so many nations and people.
